So, if your still overweight and still has not found any good reason to lose some fat maybe this will help. “Previous research has shown that weight loss and good nutrition and exercise habits in middle age reduces risk of dementia later in life. Now, a study by Weili Xu andcolleagues at the Karolinska Institute to increase support for this.
